An annual boiler service is an essential part of your heating system maintenance that should only be carried out by a competent Gas Safe registered heating engineer that is trained to work on gas boilers.

A boiler service is a series of checks and readings to ensure that your boiler is operating safely and efficiently. Our engineer will look inside the boiler and check for any leaks, give some of the main parts a clean and take some gas readings.
If we notice any problems we’ll let you know immediately and offer our recommendation of how best to resolve the issue.
We charge a fixed price of £95 +VAT for a boiler service. Your boiler must be in full working condition so that the boiler service procedure to be carried out.
If your boiler isn’t working, and you’d like us to fix it, the visit will chargeable at our boiler repair rate which is £90 +VAT per hour. Any time after the first hour is charged in 15 minute increments.
A standard boiler service on any combi, system or regular heat only boiler will take about an hour.
If any faults are discovered it could take a little longer if we need to strip down the boiler to make any repairs. If any repairs are needed our engineer will always discuss the best course of action with you before proceeding with any further work.
