The safety of our workforce, our customers and the communities in which we serve remains our number one priority, even more so now with the ever-changing progression of the Coronavirus outbreak.

We are committed to providing the best quality customer services and we will continue to operate and provide our safe and professional service as much as possible to all customers.
We understand at this time it’s worrying having a stranger in your home and when you need your plumbing sorted we are here to help in a safe way. We are taking precautions to ensure we minimise risk to our workforce and all our customers, and we will continue to ensure we do everything we can to stay safe.
These measures include the following:
- All our engineers wear disinfected protective masks and PPE.
- We keep safe distancing measures in place on all visits and daily operations.
- We wear new disposable gloves for every home visit.
- We spray our clothes at your door with alcohol.
- We carry disinfectant with us always.
- We keep our tools and equipment clean with disinfectant.
Additionally, we are stringently following Public Health England guidelines for taking off personal protective equipment (PPE).
If you are in need of repair or require our services, please do not hesitate to contact us. On our visit, we keep a safe distance and we will agree with you beforehand on what measures we can take to maintain safe distancing. We will send you a copy of our COVID-19 customer guidelines when we confirm your booking.
Please note, if you are suffering symptoms of COVID-19 or are self-isolating due to being in contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19, to protect both our workforce and all customers we will not be able to attend your property. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
